Our Mission StatementThe Delaware Cemetery Association is a volunteer organization formed in 1880 to own a piece of property, and from that real estate to provide the selling of burial grave plots; facilitate burials in those deeded plots; and maintain the cemetery in presentable condition.
About UsThe Delaware Cemetery Association was formed in 1880. It is a volunteer association that has no offices on the grounds of the cemetery. The Association is managed by a Board of Managers who are elected at annual meetings by plot owners. All monies earned are used for continuing the upkeep and maintenance of the cemetery; to pay the contractors who provide our operational services and grounds upkeep; and to put into the Permanent Care Lot Fund.
No planting of trees or shrubs on grave plots.
